And thank you for the follow-ups, even during your very intense project. After working 40+ years in startups and corporations, I know how hectic life can be when you need to deliver Q4 results.
I hope you get some well-earned rest during the holidays.
Wonderful spotlight! Finn: Thanks so much for the shout out! 🙏 I’ve learned a lot from your journey, and Stack Contacts is a wildly useful addition to your portfolio writer tools.
Karen, your input as one of the first beta testers of StackContacts has helped me fix many embarrassing software bugs.
I wish I had even 10% of your design skills and UX mastery. I'm using your Substack Reader extension to track my subscriber list every week. I love the UI you've built there.
And I do have to add that the customer support given by Finn on Substack PRO has been over the top. Now that I have it working for me, it's saved me a lot of time on scheduling notes, understanding which ones are outstanding, and how to leverage more like those. I highly recommend the product and Finn. BTW, he drinks wine, too! Blue💙
Thanks Jeremy, great to see you back here and really fantastic to see you interview Finn for this feature, as he is someone I admire greatly. I'm also super excited for reading more about RingHouse and looking forward to what 2026 brings for you.
This is a great example of builder-first thinking applied to writing. The way engineering discipline, feedback loops, and community-led design come together here feels both rare and durable. Inspiring work from both of you!
Thanks, Jeremy, for giving me this opportunity!

Thanks, Finn! Looking forward to our next one!
Finn is one of my absolutely favorite people around here, I enjoyed this spotlight a lot, thank you both!
Thanks for reading, Karo. I’d love to spotlight you in a future piece. Let me know!
Thank you and yes, I'd love to! I'll reach out after Christmas!
Amazing! Hope you and your family have a wonderful Christmas! Talk soon!
This sounds helpful! I bookmarked to come back and try it out!

StackContacts wasn’t buggy at all! And appreciate the kind words about Substack Reader…Tailwind makes it so much easier to build a pretty UI. 😁
